Graphics problem with broken sword the angel of death ?

Hello i Have just installed broken sword :the angel of death.The fact is my pc exceeds the recommended requirements for the game but I am still facing some visual problems no matter if the settings are in maximum or minimum.I have 2gb of ram and Geforce 8600 GT gpu.When I play the game the frame rate is fine,But the game randomly shakes,skips some frames though frame rate is fine .I have the latest version of forceware installed and my pc is full free from viruses .Any tweak in nvidia control panel that might help ?
